How do I join the program?
To Join the program, simply download the app on either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Once downloaded, sign up using an email and password.
How do I check my point balance?
You can check your point balance on the Website using the widget in the bottom right corner.
To check your point balance in the app simply press the loyalty page button (Middle button on the bottom bar) and this should be displayed on the top of the loyalty page.
How do I earn points?
On the PF App, you can check different ways to earn points.
On the loyalty page scroll down to the "Earn Points" section and press "View all" to see all of the ways you can earn points.
How do I redeem my points?
On the PF App, to redeem points simply go to the loyalty page and look for the Redeem section.
